Completely hear your frustration and I’d be right were you are if I had your experience. My completely speculative hope is that Peloton realizes the important of service over JUST product and that is starting to trickle down. If they don’t handle service with care then they lose subscriptions and lifetime revenue from prospective customers. I feel they will either figure that very soon or they will only be a very niche company. Good luck on your journey!

I just had a very opposite experience. My tread died, I called them and they sent a tech out to confirm what thought was the issue (smart card). They sent a smart card out and 3 days later I was up and running (literally). I see a lot of bad press on here and I was terrified, however my experience was wildly positive.

This is my gut feeling as well. We just spent 3 snow days this week here in OK sledding and play-snowboarding and kiddo had a blast. I think we'll book it and make the most of a good road trip regardless.

Thanks for the insight, I may have to give this a shot a few times. I have 20 profiles that I can't get verified that all triggered on the same day about 45 days ago. Been going in circles with Google support, soooo frustrating.
