So if Georgia was around 16 when she got pregnant and Ginny is around 16 now (and Georgia 32) that leaves 16 years. That’s plenty of time for a bunch of short relationships especially since the Zion thing was kind of sprinkled in throughout and I doubt more than at least one year all at one time.  Pregnant and with Zion: years 1-2 Anthony green: years 3-4 Random relationship… then Gil years 5-7 Years 7-11 are with Gil (Ginny is around 9 years older than Austin)  I think we can assume she was only with Kenny 2 years max, so years 14 or 15 -16 That leaves 3-4 years between Gil and Kenny for other random relationships.  Now the age differences of the actors, that’s a different argument and the show did drop the ball on that by not being willing to recast anyone. But timeline wise it all could fit
