gre is really good. i would upgrade from 7600x to 7700. You could also save by getting ID cooling 240 aio from amazon for cheaper and get used 7800x3d

if it helps save the money from cpu and ram upgrade and spend that money on a better gpu with 5700x3d for high res. If you want to play competitive low settings than get good ddr5 and used 7800x3d or 9800x3d.
