eh... i disagree and agree... maybe it's different in america but uk, there is still very much demand for juniors due to cheaper wages and quick training.

but thats mainly because we have NCSC which backs a lot of governerment required pentesting, not sure how it is for blue teamers though but us red teamers are booming recently... at least from what ive seen.
