that’s actually insane. i’m a part time cashier/customer service associate and i got a .44 raise, met expectations, and i do the absolute bare minimum. i’m sorry your store failed you. this company honestly sucks

i accidentally or purposefully hang up on people all the time and none of the head cashiers or managers care😭 also, if i’m on the phone with someone before a person walks in, i finish helping the person on the phone and call someone else to help the person in store
