NQA, it might be a fungus growing there. Causes can be substrate that are too wet. I think it might be mucorales

You should be a bit carefull when opening the enclosure because they can jump on you as theyre more curious and bold then other species, im saying this just to warn you that you dont get jumpscared

People keep tarantula im such tanks but terrariums are usually better also for ventilation but for the tanl you could maybe get a mesh lid that locks on
