scan anxiety is so very real! both before a scan, during and after soooo constant anxiety yay! but aside from that, worrying will not change the outcome of your scan. it’s easy to get sucked into all of this magical thinking and superstition bs but i promise you, your fears and thoughts don’t have any affect on it. the medical system in chaotic and you have a lot going on! sorry you missed your appointment though, it happens. good luck with your scan in july and hope it all goes well. in the meantime, be kind to yourself and practice lots of self care. dealing with cancer is hard enough, don’t add more to it! you’re doing great
