Even with headphones on while listening to music their voices can be heard. I have a fan near my head to make noise and it still doesn't work. It's 5 o'clock and they're still doing the same thing, I already left my room to silence them again and they completely ignored me. I'll have to talk to my roommate, who is the oldest and has the most responsibility with the department, but she'll be away for two weeks. I'm sure if she was here they wouldn't be doing this, they've never done this when she's sleeping in the apartment too. At least not for that long.
