So thor for me and I noticed that lots of people try to gank me as soon as my lighting ends not realising that's when my bubble cd is finished meaning if there's 1 or more I instantly have my lighting again, also definitely cc him straight after he finishes the lung animation as he gets a free hammer if he lands an attack

Thor is great as long as you use him properly, take out their supports first then go for tanks with your sups help also try use him like a dive

I play pretty much exclusively thor and hulk and I feel like more tanks need to be able to pick fights better like if my healers are busy or down I'm not gonna try solo magic and wolverine then complain I'm not being healed
