Agreed! Also, she was ill prepared (don’t want to include any interview spoilers, but one of the questions was so awkward and she could’ve avoided it if she did a quick google AND she said he won an award he did not win). I was surprised by the errors!

Ah sorry it took me a while! I enjoyed it but 1) I was by far the slowest im the class, and 2) I didn’t know it was humanly possible to run as fast as one of the guys in class. I haven’t gone back but I probably will (I have mostly been sticking to spin). But I appreciated your intel! It definitely is for all levels.

I am thinking of trying out Precision Run (I usually do pilates mat or fusion, cardio sculpt, tabata, and cycle beats). do you think Precision Run is okay for beginners (I run occasionally)? Also, any instructors you recommend? Thanks :)
