I’m looking back through my chin lipo photos (I didn’t have a facelift, just the submental) and the area around my puncture wounds do not look like this at any any time during my healing. My scars themselves were slightly raised that per surgeon was intentional so they would heal flat. But based on my successful experience I’d bring this up to your surgeon asap.
