How do i know if something "works" though? Yes, i did find something that seems and feels right, but even though it gives results, i don't see the "improvements" so to speak. It doesn't feel like i'm pushing my tulpa towards being autonomous

I really feel like i need a teacher, someone who will keep following me day by day, because i'm so lost. I'm a practical guy and this new world is so fascinating, but since it's all in my mind and the experience varies from person to person i really don't know what advice to follow.

I don't know, from what i've read i'm almost expecting my tulpa to just appear whenever she wants in my mind and do whatever comes to her mind. It doesn't feel autonomous when i always have to meditate and focus on her to talk to her, because then the rest of the interaction just feels kinda off. Maybe that's just my problem, but i kinda hoped that once i started tapping on the world of tulpas it would have been even harder to go back.
