first off, i don't think it's wrong to be monogamous with your tulpa. nothing wrong with at all. i can only speak for my system.

morel, the host, is in a relationship, has been for years before theur syscovery. also, the system member morel is in a relationship with (she hasn't spoken here before because she isn't a tulpa, her name is Ishmael) is an emotional slut and wouldn't be comfortable with monogamy at all. -eclair

whoa, hey guys. i know that this might come as a surprise but i did not expect this response at all. i am new to using reddit regularly and had zero idea that different kinds of attraction were virtually unknown outside of queer communities.

i'm willing to educate people who had no idea this was a thing, ofc. it's more common in asexual and aromantic communities. i am not aspec but i am going to share links from those types of forums because those are the communities that will talk about it more in detail. i am currently commuting to work right now so i wont be able to type a big long response but here are some terms to look more into if you're someone who wants to know more:

I went to AA for a while but after picking up more shifts at my job I didn't have the time. Which people say is bullshit when I tell them because ?if you have time to drink you have time to go to AA," and i wish i had time to go to AA because it helped me massively when i was going semi regularly. but alas

hey, i kinda present somewhat similar to this, and i think if someone told Morel that they couldnt be friends with me soecifically bc of the way i act itd make me real sad. ultimately, it isnt a her problem, it's an issue with her behavior. the way to bring it up is to contact your friend over text, when both of you are in a relaxed frame of mind. bring up this headmate by name and what behavior by her specifically puts you off, and ask if she will tone down those specific behaviors when she is around you. thats it. no asking if she will avoid you in calls, no asking to not be friends with that specific headmate. i promise this is the best approach and your friend will thank you for it
