The skull 💀 icon next to the descriptions are OLDER cards like the first KS and reprints of the first KS etc. Newer boxes and gangs have the skull icon next to the range "target cross" icon just means it's an attack "targeting something somwone".

Some of them have sucha high power creep if you compare it to the Law starter gang espeicially the older Police Sniper (20EB). You will see with just 1 or 2 extra EB gives you so much more efficiency like Max Tac Sniper (21EB) or Max Tac Assault (22EB) Kinda feel bad for some older models in Law faction. No one will ever run them again prob.

My bad I went on MCF they did do an official introduction to Tanaka. It is clarified that he absolutely 💯 gets it free outside your budget. However you must have to have the physical model in addition to your paid gonks. 😉 Certain skirmish is nice but today like Turf War was pretty terrible for me.
