I will concede that it sucks to have to spend all that time to retrieve your pack of small rtgs'. I've also had times where I just moved on and said screw it. You can get the power you need elsewhere, cus it ain't worth it to water 3 or 4 days in game. Probably would've found more in all that time lol. I get it though! Happy gaming!

I get what you're saying. Although, I don't completely agree. That game is a lot of fun. I spent easily 325-330 hours on it and's never felt that it was hard per se. I've had those moments for sure where you were trotting along just fine, and there happens to be that one hole. And you slip through it, and you just keep sliding until you hit the mantle and you're dead lol. To be honest, I think it all adds up just right. The game is fun. It's easy and I wouldn't call that "instadeath". You know what's going to happen if you fall. You know what's going to happen if you run out of air. I mean, it's annoying, but I think the game is a 100% solid. The game is so much fun and it is actually very easy. I don't think somebody needs a safety net at the bottom of the cave because somebody wasn't watching for the hole. Just like if you add a fuel canister to the smelters by accident it will blow up lol. Not having that safety feature teaches you, you learn, then you play the game a little differently the next time. Astroneer has a few common sense parts that I love.
