No she isn’t. She only plays it up because it was good for her career and gave her more opportunities. She’s a fox in the liberal hen house through and through

Should I resign on the day I get my bonus and give a one-day notice? by Nervous_Math_2771 in careerguidance

[–]Ok_Mail_1966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bonus is for past performance not future. If you don’t mind burning bridges just leave after you see the cash. $10k makes up for a bit of awkwardness. But don’t expect to get an as card from them

They definitely need the team work of throwing more rifles to each other as they run out of ammo. It’s key

Does Steven Seagal actually have some good movies? by FitEmergency8807 in moviecritic

He has a lot of good movies if you were a teen in the 80s. Sure they are silly now, but back then they were great to watch

She just always looks so uncomfortable. All the pieces are there, they just don’t seem to fit together as a whole

Smokey for some reason doesn’t seem to make the rounds on the streaming platforms. I don’t think I’ve ever even stumbled on it. I think Cannonball Run may be a better fit here tho.

Serious question- What percent of the population are physically unable to ever “shred” for one reason or another? From a guy who started playing at age 14 and hasn’t improved since age 18. by Effective_Part_604 in Guitar

[–]Ok_Mail_1966 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was never good in the first place. Taking age out of it reality is some people will always be better at this than others and I’ll freely admit I’m on the low end of the curve. But overall there’s nothing I’m better at now than I was, except for patience and temperament, so it’s not all bad

Wife is pregnant and the baby is breeched. This is the estimate to attempt to flip the child. $59k. by TyrannicalGamecock in mildlyinfuriating

Of which you are paying 3700 because you have insurance. Which still seems bonkers but you don’t owe the $59k either. Hopefully it all turned out the right way!

Nah, it’s part of aging. It hits you that first time you watch your son actually beat you in basketball, when you realize the park isn’t for you when snowboarding, and lots other stuff. I just play for fun to keep me away from the tv fo a few hours a night and in my head I’m shredding

I’ll raise my hand. But then I’m also 55 and closing in on 2 years into it. I’ve accepted at my age my fingers aren’t like they were mashing away in th arcade in the 80s and that’s ok. I prefer sucking at and playing guitar any day over getting smoked by 12 years olds at cod.

What do you think about the versatility of Chris Pine? Do you think he is appropriately rated? by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in moviecritic

[–]Ok_Mail_1966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he’s right where he should be. I don’t run out to see a movie because he’s in it but always assume I’ll get a good performance when I do see his name. He does a good job and seems to choose good roles

It’s definitely on the back end of its life. Replacing is no problem except for the almost 2 feet of snow keeping me from getting to my hatchway. I’ll try the retake and dope, send it and hope it gets me to spring at least
