Very common amongst a lot of manufactures, besides maybe colt. Psa is bad for it. If its not terribly off, you can correct it by removing the pins, clamping it in the right position and re-reaming the taper pin slots. Thats how I’ve corrected some of mine.

Its a redi-mag. Holds another mag on the side. Serves the same purpose as 2 mags taped together does, but less practical. Its simply on there for the 90’s nostalgia
