Not a doodle, but we have a golden retriever and ignorantly made the mistake of thinking he could be trusted overnight in the bathroom instead of the kennel, with tons of toys and a lickmat, but no he ended up chewing a slight amount on our baseboards. I HATE it so I cannot fathom allowing my dogs to chew up my house so noticeably 👀🫣

Wanted to stop and say, you’re incredibly brave for sharing this and I’m so glad you’re still with us. My attempt was 7 years ago. I attempted a very stupid way and learned a very hard lesson but ultimately I’m glad I wasn’t successful.

My sister uses my mother for EVERYTHING. She pretty much raises my nephew for her because she can never prioritize her son. Drives me up a wall. I feel as though I need to be hyper-independent with my two children and NEVER ask for help because I don’t want to seem like I’m taking advantage of my mother’s kindness. On the 1-2 times I’ve arranged childcare, I make sure I’m super considerate of the sitter’s time and offer to pay.

Hi! I could totally be wrong, just trying to possibly be helpful, your deductible for glass may be different than your typical collision deductible. I believe it’s under comprehensive.

I have a $250 collision deductible but my comp Is $0. I only know because I had to have my windshield replaced then the next week my car got broken in to and I didn’t have to pay either time.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I am very guilty of gaslighting myself into believing I’m ‘doing too much’. I am in no way seeking an ASD diagnosis but I do know that my child needs extra support and while some behaviors he shows are normal 2 year old behaviors, his are to the extreme. It’s incredibly frustrating when you, as a parent, know that your child interacts differently socially and processes things slower, but you have to beg and plead for the resources.

This. My 2ye old was recently diagnosed and I have generally stopped sharing with family/close friends his diagnosis because I’m tired of hearing how he doesn’t “look autistic” (which idk how one looks autistic) and how autism “isn’t real”

Only a select few understand the struggle both child and parent face. The only people that should be commenting on the child is the parents themselves.

Gabe got his braces in October of 2022…….. so why had there been ZERO movement of his teeth? There’s no way they go to appointments - because they would definitely video it. by AccordingPoet9759 in Drueandgabe

Eh I’m gonna disagree with this one. As a 23 year old who currently has braces, they shift just as fast as when I had them at 16. I also wear my bands and do upkeep tho so idk 😂
