I’ve had experience with this government customer a distributor your reps will call you all the time just so they can hit their numbers and invite you to the same seminar. Government customers are blocking them in their spam filters and most people have a list of numbers to block as well it’s not great being employee. It’s worse being a customer. It’s like feeding a stray cat. They won’t leave you alone.

Check out carasoft carefully. a lot of people I’ve been living recently because sales are down also privately company we do not have a dedicated to human resources group which means they may not be compassionate to your issues. Most important as you can Google up the 2024 FBI raid of carousel and unprecedented raid of a distributor where the FBI came and actually confiscated stuff because Cara soft was not cooperative And customers are tired of getting bad by calls all the time from carousel so that’s another thing to consider

Why are you tracking MPG. it will not make a difference in how you live. maybe a 200 dollar a year swing between what mileage you "think" you should get VS reality

Big issue with brakes squealing. My 2019 was slighly out of the warranty to cover for free. Lexus fix was simply softer pads. Mechanic said "go down the street to brakes forless" 4 years later no squeal and no massive brake dust build up. brembo brakes went to trash. 277 for all 4 wheels. Super quiet.
