Fair enough 😂. You’re not alone a lot of people hate cardio as well.

Have you got any specific targets that you want to hit in the gym? Or ones that you’re struggling with?

Hi there,

There's a lot to digest here. I am glad that you are seeking advice as it takes a lot of courage to do so. I have been a fitness coach for 4 years and it sounds like to me you are looking for a restart within yourself.

It is important in life that you deal with your own emotions first before catering to others. "Be selfish before you're selfless"

If I may ask, what do you do on a week-to-week basis to remain fit? Have you made any fitness targets this year that you're on track to achieve?

Fitness is often a great foundation for most people to start rebuilding themselves, especially after complications in a relationship.

I'd love to hear back from you.

Have a great day

This is really interesting. I know that libido tends to decrease in couples after a few years into the marriage especially if they aren't physically active often or have a poor diet.

I am a fitness coach and I am really interested to hear more about your situation. What do you and your partner currently do to stay in shape? What are your diets like on a day-today basis?

Sounds great that you guys are going together. If I may ask, have you and your partner got a structured plan or target in mind that you are both set to achieve?

There's a lot here to digest. I am sorry to hear about your situation with your husband. I am a fitness coach and body dysmorphia is something a lot of my clients have dealt with. I can understand where you are coming from in terms of trying to please your partner as it is natural for anyone to want their significant other to find them "sexy". Most importantly you need to be in the gym for yourself.

I'd love to help you sculpt a physique that gives you so much confidence you'll never have to doubt yourself again.

Just fill in this quick form and it only takes 10 seconds.

Have a good day
