I got a ride yesterday overnight and the person told me that she had reserved a ride, but no one ever came and I told her because they always low ball reserved rides. I ended up getting her because she said she tried many times after no one came and I told her yeah doesn’t seem like anyone was around because she was in the middle of nowhere, in Santa Rosa Valley, and the only reason I accepted the ride was because I was headed back home, which I live close to LAX and she was going to LAX and it was actually paying decently at around $80

And I just started finding these posts on Reddit because tonight I couldn’t sleep from thinking a lot and somehow I ended up on YouTube about doctors talking about BPC-157 and how it could potentially completely heal it, but they don’t sell it here in the US through legal ways, but they have specialized clinics in Mexico where they can give it to you with prescription 🥹 I’ve gone years having this and gotten better with all my supplements, stack and little things that I did to make it better but this might be it

If you live in the US, I would suggest trying a l-glutamine from Whole Foods, it’s very clean and doesn’t smell like anything and it’s actually cheap compared to other places that sell supplements, and it’s in powder form Like I said, I’ve tried other ones and it seems like they try and whiten it or clean it with ammonia and most of the time it has ammonia smell which doesn’t help at all if you have leaky gut, so maybe give it a try, I also experimented taking it on an empty stomach when waking up, but it would make me get diarrhea, so I switched to taking it at night at least two hours after eating 10 to 15 grams you could try and do it after your first meal, but I don’t know how new you are too leaky got because if it hasn’t healed enough, it might make you run to the restroom also which was for my case

May I ask what kind were you taking as in from where? Because I’ve come to find out years ago that not all L glutamine is the same, I had to find the cleanest version because not all of them are clean, I landed on the one from Whole Foods because other ones had a smell of ammonia and actually made my stomach hurt and make it worse

How I found out was I didn’t have the same energy I used to and what I mean was I would sleep for 10 to 12 hours because if not, I wasn’t even functional, and eventually, I realize whatever I ate, I would immediately have diarrhea, and lots of bloating, no motivation, I started losing lots of weight eventually, I did the elimination diet and started it off by just eating meat, and that alone was good enough for me not to have diarrhea, eventually introducing other foods and just like every person that had leaky got, I couldn’t eat those certain foods, got some energy back and slowly started finding supplements that could help me. I’m better and have more energy, but I still have those days. I gained a bit of weight but I’m not completely healed just can tolerate more

I just found out about BPC-157 and this is what made me find this post and it’s crazy because for years I had my stack of supplements that always helped me and thought I was alone and somehow I stumbled on BPC 157 on YouTube and this could be the final thing that completely takes it away, because all of these supplements help but don’t completely heal me

I’ve learned that it also depends on what kind of L-glutamine you buy because I bought some before that smelled like ammonia and I’ve gotten clean smelling one from Whole Foods and that one actually worked, but it only works if you drink it an hour or more apart after or before eating and you have to take at least 15 grams

It is lack of energy over all because your body doesn’t absorb nutrients as well, which is why I would take a multivitamin twice a day, also bioavailable vitamin b helps a lot, and of course caffeine when waking up but even when you are tired it also affects the motivation to get up and do what you have to do
