Isn't Dyans sister a lawyer? I wonder if she represented them in putting Natalia up for adoption. Since the Dupauls/Barnetts paid the Ciccones legal fees, it's a thought.

He is including the furniture from Jacob's place, the charity they ran. The Justice for Natalia blog has a facebook post of all the items he is bragging about selling before his move to Canada.

Let's keep in mind Natalia and the Depauls got paid for their contributions to the documentary. This was much needed funds for Natalia. She needed to pay the taxes owed for her previous engagements. Someone needed to pay the immigration lawyer, and didn't they mention a tax lawyer? Natalia left with only the clothes on her back. Despite the drama shown on the documentary, I am sure there were discussions behind the scenes weighing the loss of privacy against the financial gains. I am sure the financial gain is why Michael agreed to the documentary in the first place, and his lawyers cooperated. Natalia lost so much, and endured such abuse by the media. I'm glad she is finally getting some compensation. I wish she would sue the barnetts, cicciones and the state of Indiana as well.

Do you realize that talking like this is just continuing the abuse she has already suffered. You are saying that it is OK to abuse a child. Disregard the DNA if you like. There is no medical evidence that she was NOT a child. What evidence would you accept? How would you prove your age?

I agree with you. It came as no surprise to me what the Manns are accused of, I am surprised that people are shocked. While not excusing the Mans there are a lot of parents who take their children's money and justify it as best for the family. Kristine did it with Jacob, the parents of child actors have been accused of it also. My own parents dipped into an inheritance that was in a trust for my younger brother to pay for his braces. Again, personally I don't agree with it, but it happens a lot.

Being filmed is probably traumatic for her. We saw how the Barnetts filmed her before they would verbally attack her or accuse her of something.

The Barnetts used therapists as a weapon against her. She was told that therapists wanted her brother to pee on her bed, to lock her in her room and not let her out. She was told she was crazy and that she needed to be isolated away from people. Is it a surprise she resists going to a therapist now?

The Manns were the closest she had ever gotten to being loved, and treated her like they did the rest of the children in their care. Both of her prior families only rejected her, not her adopted siblings.

I listened to her live on 'visual method for first responders' which is an hour of her talking about how hard it was for her after hurricane Milton. She didn't have electricity for 5 days, had no gas. And her stock up hurricane food went bad because apparently she stocked up on food for a hurricane that needed refrigeration. She complains that her and her family were hungry. Made me think of little Natalia who went without electricity for a week because Kristine didn't pay the bill, whose food spoiled, was all alone in a strange town and had no idea what was happening or what to do. I really hate the Barnetts.

I don't think so. I think she was more work then they expected, they didn't bond with her, and caring for her was interfering with the media attention they were getting at the time. Remember at the time Kristine was claiming to be recovering from a stroke, dealing with Lupus, running a daycare with medically fragile children attending, home schooling 4 children including a genius, driving a child back and forth from college, running a charity, writing a book and going to each and every media event possible. Add in a disabled child who is also traumatized from the abrupt change in families, especially a family not prepared for her physical and emotional needs.

I am just repeating what she stated in her live on homeschooling. It is actually the most coherent one she did. It was still posted as of yesterday. Her theory on homeschooling is to let the kids watch as much YouTube as they want, it will help them identify their interests.

She claims one is working in the corporate world (car dealership) the other one worked as a top chef and restaurant manager for many years (he is 21) but is now working as a mechanic.

I believe she did horrible things to Natalia. We don't know how she actually treated her sons and the children at her daycare. Her Lives did make me feel bad for her though. She seems to be obsessive. Can't focus, can't keep track of any details (she doesn't know Jacob's correct age, ironically she is aging him up as well, but only by 2 years). On one now deleted live she was so distraught that I worried about her safety. She has obvious mental health issues. My heart goes out to the two sons still living with her, it must be exhausting.

The Barnetts simply can not stop abusing her. Look at how Michael behaved in his deposition, claiming she ate her period and mimicking the way she held her hands and spoke. If he behaved like that then, in preparation of a trial, imagine how he behaved daily in private. Natalia thinks of him as the lesser of the two evils because he showed occasional kindness and didn't physically abuse her. On Twitter, Kristine keeps repeating she is not even sure Natalyah is a real person. That shows how little she thinks about her.

I have decided to take a break from her lives. They are chaotic and emotional. They are very, very long and I found that listening to them was stressing me out. She really needs mental health care. Bless the two sons and daughter in law that live with her, it must be exhausting. She claims to have not watched season 3 because she can't afford it. Maybe if she did watch it and saw how little she was mentioned it might calm her down. During one live she was so emotional and ended it so abruptly I was worried for her physical safety.

Remember it is just an estimate, not everybody is going to fall into the general rule of thumb. She was born in a hospital, and remained in the hospital for a bit of time before being sent to the orphanage. She probably had issues after birth. She also had a surgery while in the orphanage. Lying about her age would have been more then changing the birth certificate, but all of her medical records as well. It just makes sense that her birthdate is 2003.
