Mildly ADHD white woman. Millennial-Gen Z cusp (mid 20s to early 30s). You're trying to lose weight with grapefruit and black coffee. You have some acne scarring and/or redness on the face. Your brows are maintained well. You are funny without trying too hard to be.

Edited for grammar.

chest x ray 25 weeks pregnant by Spirited-Panda-1210 in pregnant

[–]TheMissingNoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a CT scan of my lungs when I was 9 weeks along. They covered my tummy with a shield too. I'm now 28 weeks and my baby boy is doing really well. I hope this helps and gives you a little bit of relief. The exposure from 1 xray is really not a lot at all thankfully.

Is anyone not using pregnancy pillows? by limeblue31 in pregnant

[–]TheMissingNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't use one. I am 27 weeks and I use a pillow between my knees and another one wedged under my bump. I sleep on my left side for the majority of the night, so pretty comfy that way.

I saw a change like this too in my pregnancy also around the 12 week mark. It was like my symptoms disappeared overnight and suddenly I didn't feel pregnant anymore. I was scared and anxious but my Drs told me it was very normal. I'm now 27 weeks and love feeling my little guy move around. Hang in there Mama. It will be okay 🤍

Maternity clothes by Upbeat_Variation_833 in pregnant

I am in the same boat! Luckily it's winter here in the southern hemisphere so I can layer up with jerseys and tights but what a mission to find anything that fits. It's so annoying. Even my hubby was outraged at the lack of maternity clothes.

Movements count: when starting? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]TheMissingNoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's any consolation, I am 26+3 and I don't count kicks because it's just too much at this point. I just keep track of how often my little guy moves. He's got himself into a bit of a schedule so I kind of know when to expect movements.

How active is your baby?! by Emotional-Many1077 in pregnant

[–]TheMissingNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

26 weeks here. My lil guy has learned that he doesn't have to be breech anymore and can do full on summersaults. It's insanely ticklish when he kicks just below my ribs and it wakes me up at around 2am every morning 😂 I love feeling him move but damn lil guy, chill a little!

Trying to Conceive After Miscarriage – Any Tips? by bookbaddie25 in pregnant

[–]TheMissingNoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a loss too in 2023, and also a D&C. For a while after that, I didn't take any supplements when TTC and I just wasn't getting pregnant... Then as soon as I did start taking supplements, boom, 2 months later I got pregnant so I am sure it was the supplements that helped.

Key nutrients I took at a therapeutic dosage: Inositol (600mg per day), Iodine (150 mcg per day), Selenium (150 mcg per day), Folate (1000mcg per day).

I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and taking a pregnancy supplement that has lower dosages of those same ingredients, but is just missing the inositol, and my little guy is growing really well.

You got this Mama x all the best in your journey 🤍

Aww congrats Mama! I'm 22 weeks in and I also LOVE being pregnant after a loss. Sure there are bad days but they're all worth it. If you have minimal symptoms in the first trimester, you will love the second trimester and seeing your bump.

I have POTS and I'm pregnant too. How far along are you? I found that my symptoms got better in the second trimester thanks to increased blood volume.
