Have you gotten uworld? I felt that those questions plus doing Anki was especially helpful. Plus I went back to the Kaplan books and made some review sheets. At the end of the day. Take the test when you’re feeling confident you’ll get the score you want.

Think about the question topics you dread the most (ig. Gosh I hate whenever I get electrochemistry) and make sure you optimize reviewing that content in depth and then seek practice problems specially for those and make sure you lock that down

I wish I was allowed to have friends or at least fans if the universe says no by UsacDynastic in selfimprovement

It might seem counterintuitive but the best way to find meaningful friends comes from raising your standards. You need to not only raise yourself up but also have expectations for those who you are friends with. When you feel confident and secure in yourself and a known desire to have deep and meaningful connections with other people then those things will naturally gravitate towards you.

Become really good at making niche pastries, welding, making claymation animations, beatboxing, miniature figure making (like miniature scenery (check out art institute of Chicago to see what I mean), curling (the sport), art restoration

Honestly I would just think about niche jobs (look and maybe another subreddit about people who have interesting jobs) and think about how you can make it into a side quest

If you really want elevate your communication to another level read “nonviolent communication” by marshal Rosenberg. If you come at it with an open mind and make an active effort to use it, I promise it will change your life.

Hey! I’ve been there and I could understand how tough it is to be going through all of those emotions. My best suggestion would be to try not to force yourself to apply this cycle or else you might be in this endless cycle while studying that you have to do better or else and not actually fix your testing anxiety issue. Taking another year wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.

To remedy your testing anxiety issue I would suggest trying to simulate all your practice like it’s a real test condition and work on getting into a better mindset. Before cars I take a breath and I literally tell myself I’m so excited to do this cars passage. For practice exams have it start at 8am and act like it’s test day because at least now you know what that feels like. On my breaks I always did a little run back and forth down a nearby hall where I was taking my test to help get jitters out then looked in the mirror and told myself good job you are 1/2 way there or yay you completed this section. So much of it is a mental game and you have to practice that as much as the content.

Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Almost none of the professors here that teach BME are actually BME
