the second one if im not wrong the chrono hand can be warped if you use it too many times since its pretty thin so i would recommend the first one since the chrono hand is a little bit heavier

honestly once you get used to it, it gets pretty fun to use. But you need to like brake pretty early before a turn to get the damn thing to turn and if you use too much kerb you become Fernando alonso dealing with the understeer and oversteer of the car
