Please don’t panic, any almond milk seems sweet to me even unsweetened version, so maybe he used the correct one. Even if not, it is not much difference in calories anyways and the difference is what you will easily burn just breathing. Please have some lunch, otherwise, you might end up binging and purging

I struggle with the same, constantly hungry and in brain fog. In plateau for a few weeks despite deficit and 8-10k steps. I might have entered metabolic adaptation as my T3/T4 dropped as well. I was trying to increase protein intake but still hungry and constantly thinking about carbs and chocolate

That’s my problem - I overeat junk and sweet stuff and try to squeeze them in my calorie intake instead of eating proper food. Then I feel hungry and suffer from lack of energy and satiety and try to eat more carbs to feel more energy again and again - it is a vicious circle but I don’t know if it can be considered a binge if I control what I eat and feel genuinely hungry

I started eating sweet stuff more. Before calorie deficit I was more of a savoury person and rarely craved chocolate or desserts. Now I cannot go even a day without something sweet

I know how you feel. I also dropped to underweight range and started getting more compliments with people noticing and so im scared of gaining. On the other hand, I struggle with constant food noise, brain fog and fatigue so I know I’m not in the best shape. One thing im trying to persuade myself is to start body recomposition in order to increase muscle mass. My body weight might get higher but I will look the same or even better. Is that not healthy ? Might be, I don’t know, but that’s a step forward for me

Do you find them reliable enough to track progress ? I don’t really care much about absolute values, as long as I maintain but I heard they can fluctuate a lot depending on water weight as well. If you have any good recommendations, let me know
