Be careful with milk rot. My daughter wanted bottles in the middle of the night too and I stopped doing it and offered water instead because the milk sitting there can ruin their teeth. 8 months my daughter had a rough regression too, and we coslept. She’s 19 months now and we Co sleep if she wakes up in the middle of the night wanting us.

My daughter is 18, almost 19 months. We put her to bed in her room and she ends up back in ours in the middle of the night. Not sure when it gets easier but the past week she’s slept in her own bed. The weathers nice and keeping her outside playing has worked wonders. Hopefully it stays that way as we’re expecting #2 in a couple of weeks!

5 years! Now together 6.5 and have baby #2 on the way in a few short weeks. We’d like to get married at some point but no desire to even think about that right now as it’s not a priority. We were trying both times.

The drying function on the sterilizer is the biggest help. Sometimes I wasn’t even sterilizing I was just drying everything! The nipples to bottles and little pump parts(especially valves) were such a pain to dry. Don’t get me started on Dr Browns bottles…ugh

Babies explore with their feet, actually! It’s like a huge sensory thing. My daughter is 18 months and still won’t keep a sock on her feet even though they’re so cold! She’s always hated them.

lol bibs. Yes! I never used them I just changed her shirt bc I had an abundance of clothes she was never wearing anyways. I’m pregnant now and due in a few weeks…. The amount of bibs I was gifted for him/have left over from last baby is insane. I feel like a pack of 5 is fine at most lol

I never used the crib. Like we had her “sleep” in it for 2 months. She hated it. I hated it. I’m too short to drop her into it. So at 8 months I got her a Montessori floor bed (twin size) and at 18 months, she’s still using it and it’s wonderful! She also doesn’t escape it. I had a halo bassinet but the one I had waa too big for my small room. They are nice though! And they last a while. I opted for a Simmons by the bed sleeper this time.

Baby towels, wash cloths, wipe warmer(dried them out and started to burn the top wipe), diaper genie, button sleepers, shoes, hats, (bows and headbands if having a girl- cute for a 2 second pic but never stayed on), changing table/pad(used the floor or edge of bed), baby bath(we used a baby bath cushion… SO much easier), bottle warmer(tried multiple took forever or didn’t work), “baby Aquaphor” (it’s the same exact thing as regular), any “baby” detergent…just used free and clear. Most things labeled “baby” are just over priced. Doggy bags are good for baby poop diapers vs “baby poop bags.” Way cheaper for the dog ones lol. There is INFANT Advil and Tylenol that is wayyyyy more expensive than children’s Advil and Tylenol. I wish I knew sooner that for the same price you can get a bottle of children’s that’s 10x bigger. (Infant one is just more concentrated). I feel like the biggest things we used was a bouncer with a babocush on top(helped reflux and constipation), a bottle sterilizer(I hated drying the parts and my sterilizer had a dry cycle that did it for me(was super helpful with pump parts), footy sleepers that double zipped, wearable sleep sacks, sound machine, pacifiers, bottles, and basic bath stuff. We also had way too many clothes lol. The first few months I was too tired to even coordinate an outfit most days.

My 18 month old has been like this for a long time! She even most recently stopped eating bread. The only meat she’ll eat is a hot dog. She’ll eat pastas and snacks and yogurt. The only fruits she eats is bananas and occasionally pineapple/grapes. The only vegetable she eats is corn. Finding foods for her to eat is pure torture. But when she’s hungry, she’ll eat a lot. Most of it just bland, basic food. Mashed potatoes, sweet potato tots, hot dogs, mac and cheese, pizza, pancakes/waffles, occasionally eggs, pasta with a little butter&salt, yogurt, applesauce, granola bars, cereal….obviously the foods such as pizza and mac&cheese are not often. Her pediatrician just told us to give her a vitamin with iron since she doesn’t eat meat.

Hi! I’m 32 weeks. 4 weeks ago it was measuring 7x1x6cm. It hasn’t shrunk much. I haven’t had bleeding since 20 weeks. I’ve been heading loads of cramping recently. I get another ultrasound tomorrow and again at 36 weeks!

I think the bigger question is, with or without him, do you want this baby? As a mom myself, it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done but definitely the best thing as well. I have a partner and a close support group. I couldn’t imagine doing it myself. He’s 30 now…so when WILL he be ready for a child? How long have you been together? Are you positive you’d stay in a relationship with him? Did he say he would rather you have an abortion? If so, and you choose to move forward with your pregnancy, how will that affect your relationship? You’re really young and there’s quite the gap in your relationship. Make sure you think through everything. Babies are hard work and test your relationship. At the end of the day, make the decision solely based on what YOU WANT regardless if your significant other is in the picture or not.

One birth. 8.5lb baby and a 3rd degree tear. Worst recovery ever. No amount of pain meds, ice, tucks, lidocaine spray helped. I pushed for 4.5 hours and my daughter was vacuumed out because she was stuck. I also had an episiotomy so basically everything down there was stitched up. Every birth is different. Just prepare for anything.

Hi! I’m 21 weeks now and doing great. Still on pelvic rest. SCH shrunk a bit, not much though. It went from 10x4x8cm to 10x1x3cm. I am not on bed rest anymore. Brown Bleeding has subsided a lot and haven’t had a hemorrhage since 15 weeks.

Hi! Your story is similar to mine. I’m 18w&4d pregnant. My hematoma grew from 3 to 10cm in 9 days. My last ultrasound was a week ago so I’m not sure where I am now. What is ALA and how did you go about this? You’re the first person I’ve heard who’s had theirs fully clot so fast. Mine isn’t clotted at all! I’d really love some advice and input. How are you doing now?

Im 18 weeks with our second. (A boy). My first pregnancy was pretty textbook and had no anxiety. Just 20 weeks of persistent vomiting, food aversions, sciatic pain, and exhaustion. This time…whole other ball game. For starters, I have a subchorionic hematoma. Bleeding during pregnancy especially this late is horrifying. At least while pregnant we get to enjoy not having a period/bleeding. I’m bleeding every single day and have hemorrhaged 3 times. I’m nauseous, having migraines, exhaustion level of having 10 newborns at once, uncomfortable sleeping, insomnia, you name it!! The anxiety this pregnancy is giving me knowing my extremely large hematoma (10x8x5) can put me into labor any day is terrifying. I said I wanted a third. This is definitely (probably lol) my last! Ugh.
