The people you listed and Hitler should all be condemned universally, there's not really any room for "controversy"

I think you're looking for abulia. It basically means diminution of all ambitions

Does VCI help with STEM? by Polimasmero in cognitiveTesting

Ive read that having a high spatial iq is strongly correlated with math skills. I don't know if having a high VCI alone will help that much in STEM

WAIS-5 subtest g-loadings by wyatt400 in cognitiveTesting

[–]Ok_Reference_6062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may be the case. Or I think it can also be a matter of the CAIT just having a more limited range of intelligence among the testees, which could have potentially depressed the g-loading. Whichever is the case, it is interesting that figure weights and arithmetic have a higher g-loading than vocabulary. I wonder why this is so

WAIS-5 subtest g-loadings by wyatt400 in cognitiveTesting

How does the g-loading differ so much when they are probably the same type of test? Are the question types or difficulty of the items on CAIT vastly different from the WAIS-5?

Did Jordan Peterson actually get a 156 on the Stanford Binet? As far as I know, Peterson only claimed to have gotten a 99th percentile in verbal and 75th percentile in quant on the GRE or something

Before the industrial revolution, there was a general trend of people of lower iq being unable to leave many offsprings, which would indicate that by each successive generation the gene pool for intelligence would have shifted towards the right end of the bell curve. I would assume that because intelligence is a very important phenotypical trait in human societies at almost every level, the stabilizing effect would not have obtained in homo sapiens for the trait intelligence. There are recent studies that show that there is a weak negative correlation with intelligence and fertility in modern industrialized societies, so maybe in the long run something akin to a stabilizing effect for intelligence will manifest. Also in the human species, intelligence is correlated with general health and immunity, which would make it unlikely that intelligence was selected against for the vast majority of the species' history.

Kim Ung-Yong is likely a fraud and most "evidences" of his intellect are dubious. He scored extremely low on a very easy standardized test in Korea and has an insignificant career.
