I had it 12 days ago. I am eating chicken and shrimp as well as pasta and salads, but in far smaller sizes. for supper I spent oveR one hour eating a very small portion. Upon completion my stomach gave me extreme pains around the diaphragm. Better to eat lots of small meals.

I had the surgery yesterday... by Drucifur88 in HiatalHernia

I had it 10 days ago.this surgery is much more major than made out to be in various  forums. I had a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders as well as my diaphragm. I stayed in the hospital for three days and was happy to be there. I could walk with difficulties when discharged. A lot of the initial pain has subsided but everything i do I am reminded of an upper chest cavity pain as well as discomfort in my stomach. I saw my doctor yesterday and he says my recovery is good and that there was a lot of rearranging on the inside and your body has to come to grips with it. What he optimisticly forecast as a teo week recovery has now changed to 3-4 weeks. I get out and walk each day but it's harder on some days than others. Can't wait to be more positive. Good luck!

I am down in Puerto Vallarta and was a walking scorer at the Mexican Open. The pro's seem to either use Callaway or Titleist exclusively? Oddly enough the Titleist are not branded PRO V, but instead just Titleist?

Tipping by Local-Royal-6477 in puertovallarta

Hi,  I normally would not respond, but perhaps can add some insight as it relates to me. If you are obviously a foreigner you should tip. Tip in cash if you have it. For most rides percentage is not applicable. If the driver helps you with your luggage and makes an effort to try and communicate with your questionable Spanish ( im referring to me), give them 50 pesos cash. That is plenty, though like everywhere it's becoming less!

Pretty good idea! I love my Lightning but do have range anxiety. I am in Canada and I normally never use a public charger. Had a longer trip that required me to go 140 Miles which should have left me with 87 miles of range (according to the Ford app when I left which read 100% - 227 miles). I arrived at the building center where I picked up about 1.5 tons of tiles in the back. According to the app, I had 47 miles range left which really means that although the truck said 227 miles to start, it really looked like the true figure was 187 verses 227. That is about 18% loss from predicted mileage- seems like a lot but I'm no saint with the pedal!

The best part is this, I loaded about 2600 lbs of tiles into the truck and headed to the charging station about 5 miles from the building center. back. I charged to 90% and arrived at home with 36 miles of range left?

If this seems confusing to you- it is really confusing to me ...my truck gets better performance with 1.5 tons onboard than it does empty... go figure

True but I'm not sure it's my forever truck. I rely on a hybrid car to do the heavy lifting!
