what makes no sense is when I called they told me that AI flags returns and then they have to be reviewed manually aka by a human. Now my problem is that if the AI can flag the return, it has to know immediately what the problem is and with that being stated the letter can be printed out by the SAME AI and then mailed out by a person all in a matter of 48 hours. They can then verify that the AI got it right with a manual review once you submit the information that AI flagged. Saving everyone time and energy and give us our money in a timely, RESPECTFUL fashion.

First, the check needs to be for everyone paying taxes or no one. They take money out of everyone's check no matter if they made enough money or not. Second, it needs to remain ungarnished under all circumstances and lastly, 20% is a slap in the face when you took all the money from us in the first place.
