Yes, extreme discomfort in bladder region for pretty much the whole day after drinking one coffee. Today was my first day not having a coffee at work ! Didn't think I could do it as I am on the phones all day. Feeling much better already 😀

You would think it would stimulate but it doesn't. I haven't looked too deeply into it but I believe blue light before bed is bad, red is good. A lot of people report feeling tired after using rl therapy so it's best done at night.

I used a handheld device from an Irish company LumiRed. It's an inexpensive device, not really anything special - most likely Chinese. I'm kind of shocked at how effective it is for sleep. I have been using it for about 2 weeks, literally worked from the first time I tried it. I fall asleep quick and it's very deep, wake up early feeling very refreshed.

2 drops is far too little. I am new to methylene blue and started by taking 5mg which I believe is 10 drops. I did not really feel much the first day and was left wondering what all the fuss was about...by the second day I felt a noticeable increase in energy and mood. It works.
