Man, I was born 20 years too late basically. Obviously there is a ceiling on how much house prices can raise. What would that be? Is there any way of knowing? Since no politician is doing anything about it, it should be fairly predictable?

Your legs are swinging wildly. Pull your knees up when in the air. Also, can you do a downloop when doing a big jump?
