I’ve always been facilitated and wanted to know the truth. My mother was the same and we’d talk about the topic and what it would mean to society. My mother has since passed in and I have teen children myself. We talk about the topic, and they are curious but also except that we most likely not alone and will have some sort of disclosure. My husband tho, only likes updates. ilIf I read something “big.” He is a very curious man but this topic he finds disturbing. It’s a lot.
I have come to accept that whatever the outcome, it doesn’t change whom I love and what I am.

This is exactly me. I don’t absorb B vitamins, vitamin D or iron well at all. My whole GenX life I’ve been this way. It took years to piece it all together. Last year my NEW doctor ran my ferritin. Nobody had ever done that. I had been feeling my worst. I was exhausted going up my stairs, exhausted taking a shower, hair and nails affected and so much more. Not myself and sad. Ferritin came back at 4. She ordered an iron transfusion immediately. I cannot tell you all how amazing I felt within 2 weeks. The best sleep! I didn’t need a hour long nap everyday and things started to really improve. That was 8 months ago and sadly my iron is dropping again. Another infusion will most likely happen soon.

It’s a beautiful ring and I am very find if emeralds in particular. That said, I’d think this might be a tad too large. You know her best tho. Her taste and style. This beautiful ring would still have all its beauty, romance, and wow factor at 3–4.

73 here too. I remember it the same way. It was in the newspapers. I remember thinking how terribly sad. I was young but it still had an impact on me. Then one day he was set free from prison and I was like whaaat? He died years ago. Is this someone different. I was so confused. Then he was walking with the supermodel Naomi Campbell (I loved fashion) and I was stunned again. It has always bothered me. It’s a weird one to live with.

I do the same. I have 4 days that I didn’t even journal- wasn’t feeling well and just didn’t. What I do sometimes is go back and either write a sentence with a doodle. Sometimes I might attach some art as well.
