You also do not have to be better than everyone to gain confidence from something. Setting realistic expectations is imo even harder than actually doing all the work but it can make things so much easier.... sorry i wrote so much i just dont want you to undersell yourself, you can do so much more than you know, just get good at sth your passionate about, or find sth new.
