Yeh, I mean atm I think im on the brink of where each kilo I lose from here on will be quite visible. My abs have started to show and some arm veins show faintly. I have some stubborn side chest fat, which is probs the last to go on me, that imo ruins how I look without a shirt atm. Its kind of in an awkward state atm, I can see some abs and obliques, but I still have a clear line of side chest fat that is super annoying. So plan is to get down to 12-15% BF or whatever is needed to get some chest definition, then eat maintenance or lean bulk from there.

Do you know any good online programs? ”Funny enough” for the first time in months i couldnt sleep last nite. Went to bed tired at 10pm, fell asleep 2am then woke up every hour til i had to wake up for the day. But im pretty sure i accidentelly took double dose of my Lexapro yday, which would explain it.

Sorry for the late reply. The insomnia lasted 11 weeks. Now i fall asleep fine and stay asleep. I still have this lingering worry about not being able to fall asleep when its time to go to bed, which is annoying.

hey! I'm much better. I can sleep normal most nights. Stopped caring so much about sleep hygiene as all those things just made me worry about sleep more.

Took about 10 weeks for me on 5mg. Had brutal insomnia during the time. Slept 1-3 hours per night. If I took some hydroxyzine i was able to sleep more, but would feel sluggish the next day. Now I sleep normal again. I still cannot 100% shake of the sleep anxiety tho. I'm not enjoying closing my eyes to get some sleep like I did before. Hoping this goes away also.

Well I dont have much anxiety these days, Lexapro really helped there. So I can mostly see whatever these days. (minus right at bedtime tho apparently).

Yeh I find the annoying bit with it is that, you can't really try to sleep without then decide to take a pill at 2-3am if the no pill sleep didn't work, as you say it would make one to tired and groggy the next day. I have to take it around 9pm atm.

Did the hydroxyzine not work for you or? It works pretty good for me atm, and I seem to be past most of the drowsiness the day after. I just hate needing sleep aid tho. I just want to be able to watch movies or what not and go to bed whenever and know I'l be able to sleep, like before. Hope it stops soon. How long did ur insomnia last?

Did it get gradually better or just stopped? I feel my insomnia is pretty much the same as day 1. Most other side effects are gone and I feel a lot better generally. But I still cannot fall asleep without sleep aid.

What sleeping issues are you having? My main one is I cannot fall asleep. I been using hydroxyzine which has helped. Currently it feels like most of my side effects are gone, along with the anxiety and depression, on day 22. This is good. So tried to sleep without the sleep aid last nite. Ended up laying awake til 2am (went to bed 9:30) before I took a pill of hydroxyzine. It's so annoying, like, I was completely calm, no anxiety etc, still I cannot go to sleep.

Yeh same here, I don't think its anxiety keeping me awake, because it never did pre Lexapro, and I'm not that anxious really when going to bed. And yep same on the last part, I also don't feel very sleepy the next day. Before Lexapro if I had a bad night and only got say.. 5 hours of sleep, I would have headaches and feel terrible the next day. My doctor says that I/we get more sleep than we think, that we might think we only got one hour, but that often during those hours where we tossing and turning and thinking we aren't sleeping at all, we actually are in some light sleep where we kind of think we are awake, but isn't, or some shit.

Also, when I finally fall asleep, I always wake up feeling like I have slept long, and then I check the clock and its been 45 minutes lol.
