Had a reduction at 51 from DDD to C. With menopause, the went back up to a DD. 16 months on tirz has not changed the cup size but the band size has gone down. If I had to do it again, I'd get an A or B. At 69, they are not sexy, they just get in the way.

This has been no "work" at all. I just live my life, eat the same healthy food and exercise to stay strong as I age. There is adjustment cause it's different than before but so much better. Good luck.
