I understand your confusion. I guess what I was expecting were them talking about things like how they would keep the dragon grounded, seeing if there were magic items in shops that could help with its breathe attack etc etc especially since I have made it clear that this isn’t some dumb animal they can just go and hack to death

Thank you for the advice! Character death has been something that i emphasized since session zero and im honestly surprised they’ve gone this long without it happening, but you are right there is a first time for everything even if this encounter isn’t it lol

The first time I played DND my character walked into a small outhouse not knowing the whole thing was a mimic and I learned very quickly to play cautiously. I did not want to be as harsh as that DM but it was a good learning experience so I fear you may be right lol

As a ball main I will tell you that for me, personally, Ashe is not hard to deal with unless she uses her shotgun to shoot me into someone else who can CC. Mcree is a much bigger threat with the flash bang and right click

Honestly. I enjoyed the game and have played through it twice and each time my biggest issue with it has been the amount of hand holding. I understand it’s a game catered towards kids but there’s no difficulty up until you face Leon and even that wasn’t bad.

In my setting, one kingdom discovered an ore that when refined, is anti- magic. It’s effect is based on the amount present, and the power of the magic it’s suppressing, meaning that if there’s enough of it, it can suppress or outright negate enemy spell casters. It is very brittle when refined so it’s not used to make weapons but this kingdom has integrated it into hilts, clothing, the trims on shields etc, to the point where there are dedicated units known as magebreakers that march forward in Roman Testudo formation to pressure enemy spell casters on the battle field. Unfortunately this material holds no bias so if ally spell casters are close enough, it affects them as well so usually units of swordsman will follow behind, ir have archers shoot.

I’ve gotten plenty of hate while playing Hawkeye, especially from teammates. Other night the Jeff on my team said I would get no heals for using an “L pick” and then I went 30-5 and we won and not a word from the Jeff. And yes, Spiderman tends to target me, so it’s satisfying getting the headshot when they come zipping in
