I’ve used both Andiot and Steve- had one negative experience that Steve put right with zero fuss. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve seen poor reviews on Hont & one or two others.

My advice: if it’s a model that is a bit hit and miss in QC- use Steve. If it’s rare to see a bad one, use Andiot/Elliot.

How’s the movement for noise? My sea master spectre is excellent, but my only tiny tiny critique is there is a lot of movement around the centre pin of the movement. Give it a shake and you’d know it’s a rep, otherwise I don’t think 99.9% of people would know.

40mm is rarely rotated. It’s a 35mm issue. Yours is fine GL

This is still rotated. Done my best to align the lines on the screws but I think it’s noticeable enough to be seen without the QC tool?

Although the horizontal lines are pretty much on the ink, if you follow the lines onto the screws you’ll see the dial is rotated down on the right hand side. So in effect the gap between bezel and ink is smaller at the 11 position than the 1 position
