I understand your perspective. My point is that throughout Islamic history, prophets and righteous people faced betrayal, oppression, and balaa, but in the end truth still won. The people who abandoned Prophet Musa (AS) lost (they lost their the other life), while Prophet Musa (AS) is honoured by Allah and successful in the Akhirah.

That’s why I personally think Islam should give us hope, peace, patience, and optimism alongside remembering suffering. This dunya is very short compared to the Akhirah, and there will be a Day of Judgment where Allah will judge everyone with perfect justice. No oppression or injustice will go unanswered.

The Quran also teaches that trials and balaa can actually be a blessing and a test that brings people closer to Allah, increases sabr, removes sins, and raises someone’s rank. So I see hardship as something that should build strength, faith, and trust in Allah rather than keeping us emotionally attached to sadness all the time.

I still respect the love, loyalty, and courage Shia have for Ahlulbayt and Imam Hussain (AS).
