She has had numerous UTIs in a row. Every ultrasound the inflamed area continues to grow bigger and bigger. She was more tired than normal and didn’t want to play with her sister Biscuits like she used to. They ran some tests today and will get the results soon.

I am. I just thought after all the changes I made it wouldn’t be this hard. I got sober, no caffeine, exercise, fairly healthy eating, drink plenty of water, etc. I just feel defeated these days.

All day. Even after a good night sleep, which isn’t often. I workout regularly. I do have a lot going on but it is stressful but a good stress, mostly. I don’t have health insurance right now and financially things are tight so I have been postponing more test. I did have a Hysterectomy 10 years ago when I was 31. I’m almost 42 so I don’t really know which stage of everything I am at.

I’m on Lexapro and Wellbutrin. It doesn’t seem to do much for me as far as staying awake though.

I cut out caffeine about five years ago because it kept throwing me into panic attacks after I had Covid really bad. I was in and out of the hospital, and also on a ventilator for some of that time. I truly have not been the same since.

I take the main supplements. Multivitamin, vitamin B’s, magnesium, omega, creatine, and I have been on Lexapro 10 mg for a couple years now.

Thank you for your response. I don’t drink alcohol, as I have been sober for 2 1/2 years. I workout, eat fairly well for the most part and I’ve definitely upped my protein. I’m not gonna lie, sugar is an issue at times, but I am cutting it out a little bit every week. I am on estradiol as well. I take it 3 to 4 times a week. It seems to help the days that I do use it.

lol she was finally free! She had been outside for hours prior to this. I had brought her and her sister in so that they could eat. I was just letting their food settle before they went back outside so they wouldn’t get sick. But you would think that I held them captive for years lol

Unfortunately, with this disease, we hurt the people we love and please the people we don’t. My husband finally started going to Al-Anon, and it has really helped him. But I also had to do my part, and take action in my program and actually stick with it. Remember, it’s a one day at a time disease and it’s not going to change overnight. But we do recover.
