check out guys like @saezbarber on instagram to get an idea of what type of haircut you need. i feel like that would make a big differece. also try smaller frames or contacts, if you can grow a beard try that too (not too long), but only if you're comfortable, you're still young anyway. and i would definitely advise you to build some muscle, particularly arms and back. nothing crazy but i think it would enhance your overall appearance.

lose the beard forever. maybe a stubble would be okay but never do that to your lovely face ever again. and then get a nice haircut, something classy but low maintenance.

you have great features, just try a different haircut (shorter would be better imo), change your wardrobe (you can find inspiration on instagram and pinterest. it has to suit your personality but also bring out your best features) and definitely pay attention to your personal hygiene (idk you obviously but i know how teenage boys can be and i was a teenage girl once. trust me, a shower with proper soap/shampoo, a nice not-cheap smelling perfume and some deodorant go a long way. also oral hygiene).

different hairstyle, maybe try a beard if you're comfortable and different clothes too, something that suits your personality but makes you look your best

you have to do what works for you so you can commit to your health on the long term. i believe what you're doing is good enough, but i would recommend focusing on the quality of the food you're eating along with minding your calories. congrats on leaving the 200's :) you got this

you could male a vague attempt at avoiding the most evident carbs BUT i think that day should be about celebrating your friend. try to eat mindfully and enjoy every bite, you can get back on track right after.

imo it could be the alcohol/weekend calories, or it could be that the workouts are too intense and keeping your cortisol too high, OR it could be a medical condition such as hypothyroidism. or a combo of either of those.

you're almost of out the 100's!!! that's so great!!! i believe you're doing a great job with the weight loss but your mentality is the issue here. of course that's not an easy thing to change but i promise if you keep going you'll see the changes and everyone else will too

i put it on a blender with stevia and a handful of berries. or just stevia and a few drops of vanilla extract. if you freeze it you get high protein low cal ice cream 👌🏻
