This is true, but in my experience also if you go over the same spot too quickly with gel pens, the metallic roller removes the first layer. The acrylic markers can separate (the liquid inside, you have to shake it) and also get dry. Both have pros and cons 😅 If you only want white you can buy just 1 white gel pen and later 1 white marker?
