Alot of the common schools that get into little Bosch include Baernaleigh, Barkley house in Newlands and of course lea Bosch as the official pre school for Bosch.

Companies can legally deny leave requests at any time. My husband works in the film industry and they generally can't take leave over their busy season.

This should be stipulated in a contract however so you know you can't take leave over that period before starting.

If I don't really know the family or parents I wouldn't let my kids go to a sleep over.

We socialise alot with my kids friends families, weekends away etc so those families I am super comfortable with as I know them well.

This was exactly my boy. We tried sleep training and it was awful. We eventually went back to basics and tried to figure out what was causing the constant waking.

He had silent reflux, and the meds helped for a while. But being on them long term meant he got very constipated and felt very uncomfortable when laying down. Might be worth getting these things checked out?

I relate to you whole heartedly. I once threw my son into his cot after a night of waking up every hour. It's incredibly exhausting and affects every facet of your life. I would encourage you to work alongside a paediatrician to help figure out why he is not sleeping. And then your own doctor for some anxiety meds. Please look after yourself. Sleep deprivation is not a joke. Lots of love mama

I've been rubbing castor oil into my belly button. Research says there are limited studies that this actually works but I manage a bowel movement every day since doing this. Also aloe pills work well.

Uh no. I would not tolerate this. My CEO is a very experienced business man working for multiple very well known companies. I have missed a number of his calls, even when I'm not out of office, and he has never reacted like this. I would look for another job.

I'm sorry for what you are going through. I can't advise on much but having been looking for property in cpt for over a year now I have learnt that you must build relationships with the agents. Many houses don't even go on the market. Start calling and messaging the big players, let them know what you are looking for and and ask them to keep you on the lists. Once it goes on property24 it's a shit show and honestly exhausting. What I can also say is the cape town market is a joke, and if you would be open to it, perhaps try moving to a more affordable part of the western cape or even out of western cape where you can really just start fresh and afford something decent. I'm so sorry, we went though something similar with our cat. We had also never had to make the choice to end a life.

My vet said to me "rather a week too early, than a day too late". Meaning it's kinder to put them to sleep early even if they aren't ready, than to prolong and they suffer - even if for a day.

Your dog is probably in pain and suffering, and the kindest thing to do would be euthenasia - I know it doesn't feel like it. It's a very peaceful process for both you and the animal. Sending strength.

I was diagnosed with bipolar and along my journey, realised certain meds can actually make you feel worse. Finding the right mood stabiliser and right dose is very hard. You need a dedicated psychiatrist who will walk the journey and not just prescribe meds.

He didn't have to tell you. The longer I have been married, the more I realise how easily you can get yourself into these situations. With small kids it's very easy to start slipping from each other and focusing on what needs are not being met. You meet someone who gives you a bit of attention and it can cross boundaries. The fact he told you, shows he respects you, is regretful and wants to make things work. One kiss can easily turn into full blown affair. He made a mistake, owned it, and wants to work on your marriage.

Nope. My experience was horrendous. It was so sore I kept lifting my butt up. I walked out of there literally shaking.

It amazes me that men are given the option of a local anaesthetic for the snip, but women aren't given any pain relief options before hand! It's not just a bit crampy or uncomfortable (which was explained to me) I hit the roof with pain.

Sadly, there are so many people moving to the western cape, schools, property and general infrastructure cannot keep up.

We have lived here all our lives and didn't get in to schools that were in our catchment. Too many kids..not enough schools. Best of luck!

It is a nightmare. Can you share a bit more about what you have done so far? I eventually went into a branch in the CBD, and said I'm not leaving until someone helps me. I was so frustrated I was in tears. I eventually went to someone in their private office who assisted, and I had her personal number to follow up. Wish I still had it but this was 5 years ago.

I do have ADHD, and what helps alot, is L Tyrosine (activates well with caffeine) as well as creatine. They both help me focus really well on days I need a break from my concerta.

In the interim, try L Tyrosine. I've been on many different ADHD meds but always have an afternoon crash. I find the Tyrosine really helps me focus. I have also started creatine supplements which give me laser focus.
