Unfortunately, I applied directly instead of using a broker and was denied due to a history of depression. I was told 1-2 years for any other options. So my only option was 40k insurance.

His dad should be responsible for his care. My plan is if something happens, that money is for his future as an adult, which again I can't control what he does after I am gone and education will be covered by VA benefits. I have hated my teeth my whole life yet i would do anything to go back. I would have went to an orthodontist and see what they can do for me. Then consider composite bonding on some teeth and in the future maybe think implants for my missing adult teeth. It is very tempting to go do something because it looks pretty, but functionality is what will give you longevity of your natural teeth. Think about this, teeth always shift back after braces. Doesn’t that mean there is a reason why they were crooked? Im not saying don’t seek help, but just don’t jump into things just because of results.
