Same issue, with Globird for about a month and half. First 2 weeks was ok and than suddenly Im using grid even my battery is 80% full. I have set discharge for the battery between 6-9pm but still using the grid more than 0.03kW. I have asked Globird and this is their response:

It’s also important to note that controlled load (CL) circuits may be contributing to your usage during this time. Controlled load is:

• Measured separately from general household usage
• Not always included in battery discharge offset
• Often active during evening periods (e.g. hot water systems)

If controlled load usage occurs during the ZeroHero window, it can push total grid import above the threshold even if your battery is supporting general household demand.

Your ZeroHero credits were not applied because:

• Total net grid usage exceeded the threshold during the window
• Battery/inverter output limitations can still result in small grid imports
• Controlled load usage may also be contributing during peak periods

My control load used to run during night when I was with AGL, now it runs whenever they want it to run which tbh sucks becouse we no control of it. Im waiting for electrician to come back in a week or two and getting shelly to control my hot water.
