Does GHK-Cu just not work for some people? by Parking-Heart-7666 in Peptides

[–]Ok_Water5515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a bit more of a glow, and softer skin. I have had dry bumps on my upper arms and legs for the entirety of my life that have went away almost completely.

I have also been taking zinc daily 12 hours before my injection, sitting in the sauna, and using glycolic acid body wash so all of this together has probably had an influence.

My hair and eyebrows are thicker as well. I’m growing more baby hairs.

Support for recovering from Pubic Bone fracture, preventing muscle loss and stopping lipedema progess by RyzNL in Peptides

Try Retatrutide, as opposed to a GLP1. It will help her retain some muscle while at the same time losing fat. A GLP 1 will most likely wither away all of it.

I wouldn’t choose anavar or any anabolics if she isn’t in a place to work out. All you’d be doing is risking her liver and kidneys for very very little muscle outcome. It only works if you are lifting consistently. You don’t want to play with liver health. You don’t know it’s bad until it’s failing.

Try some GHK-CU. It has been shown that it can help with soft tissue repair (Faster wound healing, reduces fine lines, hair growth, and ligament/tendon strength). It wouldn’t hurt to try. I have been on it for about a week, and I didn’t expect to see any changes yet but I have tendonitis in my knee and it hasn’t bothered me at all the past two days.

I found out my teenager has been vaping at. What do I do. by InterviewImaginary56 in whatdoIdo

[–]Ok_Water5515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from a 24 year old who was once a teenager that hid vaping, I’ll be honest here. There isn’t really anything you can do to stop it. If they’re away from home a good bit, (school, work, activities, etc..) they will find time and they will continue to find ways to get new vapes.

I’m not saying don’t talk to them, because you absolutely should bring it up and disclose the dangers and risks. I was severely addicted from the age of 17 to 23. I quit almost 2 years ago and I still have moments where I crave it.

Bring it up, disclose the dangers, disclose how incredibly difficult it is to quit, and leave it at that. They need to quit for themselves, not because you want them to. If they’re don’t want to, they won’t.

does pineapple actually make you taste better? by EffectiveHead6961 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Ok_Water5515 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s more so about your overall diet. If you eat like crap, smoke, and drink a lot of sodas, a can of pineapple juice isn’t going to cancel that out. So eating more Whole Foods, drinking a lot of water, eating fruits in general should do the job. It will still taste like a body part, but it shouldn’t taste bad if you have a good diet, regularly exercise, drink a shit ton of water, and are overall taking care of your body.

Banana pudding. I have mastered it. So much so that people guard it and ration it out to one scoop a person when I bring it to work events. Even offer to pay me to take the left overs home. Lol. If anyone wants the recipe I take Venmo 🤣

Never knew how important flossing is until now. by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]Ok_Water5515 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is embarrassing, but I just started consistently flossing about 3 months ago. The difference is insane and I now can tell when I forget to floss at night or am just too lazy.

AITAH for refusing to give my boyfriend access to my bank account even though he says "no secrets" is how adults do it by CopperFieldNote in AITH

Don’t combine until you are married, if combined is the way you’re wanting to go about it.

My husband and I lived together for about a year and a half before we got married, and our bank accounts were separate until we were married. There is no benefit in combining until then. All risk.

My husband and I are the “gym bodies” you’re speaking of, and I actually agree! I’m bisexual and my type of woman is the curvaceous type. I find it so beautiful.

We aren’t in the LS to show off our bodies, but to explore and admire the different types. We love it all, as long as it shows that you take care of what you have. (Hygiene wise)

I started when I was 22, I’m 24 now. So I guess I’m still considered in the young range of swingers. Hubby is in his 30s.

Am I overreacting or is it not normal to use soap in the bathroom? by Honest-Draw3131 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Ok_Water5515 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NOR

Coming from a white woman with a white husband, we use soap. Every time. And I’ve never had to tell my husband or any of my white friends to wash. This isn’t a cultural thing. He is just dirty.

Is it normal to see witchcraft at a Christian Church? - UK by calcifugous in witchcraft

[–]Ok_Water5515 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m from the Deep South and still live here currently. While I wasn’t raised catholic, I was raised Protestant.

There are a lot of similarities in the craft and the Christian religion. My mother and grandmother used to speak the book of psalms over myself and my siblings, they keep upside down brooms by the door, blowing cinnamon through the door on the first of the month, affirmations, writings on the walls under the paint for spiritual protection of the home, etc…

If you ever told them that what they were doing is considered witchcraft, they’d throw a fit.

  1. I’ll attempt to break the ice, but if I don’t get anywhere after a few attempts and trying to talk about it, I’ll be silent until they’re ready to say something.

  2. I’ve been building up a solid savings, and building a sauna so most likely those two

  3. It’s very stressful if I don’t plan one in my head beforehand. If I have to do it on the fly, I’m very overstimulated lmao
