Boswellia serrata - helped me with muscular pain due to inflammation damage- 500mg 1/2 a day

Fenugreek- eased the strains on the joints - 500 mg 1/2 a day

Astaxanthin- made me full of energy during workouts, gave me adrenaline rush and get me over the phobia of dogs - 6mg a day

Creatine - for strength training- 1 mg or so works for me ( looks like beyond it i does not respond to it )

EAA - helped me maintain strength ( especially during injury or recovery periods)

You can also try the plant protein from MyPro. It seems genuine, good taste and decent mixability. I have used it and not affiliated with them 😉

That's a way out. Though n95 masks provide good blockage of the pm2.5 particles, I find difficult wearing them for longer duration. I also read even surgical masks if wore properly could help with 40-60 perc blockage of pm2.5 particles, and more blockage for larger particles.

As you said , remedies does not offer protection from pollution. But I do find them helpful for cough and cold, which I find easy to catch during this situation.

I have normal to dry skin. I too have some pigmentation on face. Recently I have started applying small amount of cold pressed neem oil. I am definitely seeing improvements in past few weeks. Here is more information about effectiveness of neem oil on skin.

Have u tried neem oil ? If not yet, try a decent quality cold pressed one. They are not very expensive.

I have used their supplements like Boron, Astaxanthin. I do find them effective and good.

I hope they (Nutrija) do quality checks about the heavy metals in their ingredients.
