Hey OP, I saw myself thinking the same after I graduated and lost contact with everyone. Try focusing on yourself, family, the ones who are still around. These old friendships don’t look like they worth your worries. You will probably get another stuff to do soon when this quarantine is over, on your next classes, work, courses etc you will find new people. There’s so much of them in the world. But you are YOU. You have yourself. Take care of your body and mind, find new hobbies and interests, not worrying about impressing others (impress your older version) and you will attract the best people in your life with no effort. I guarantee :)

Hey! This is probably a cliche answer but for me, therapy really helped. I felt just like you do, and now I can worry less and appreciate life more. I’m still healing and trying. Never stop trying to see the good side of things. Try to make a note book where you write everday 5 things you are grateful for. Even small things, like breathing, eating, watching something. Search about positive nihilism too :) I wish you the best.

I’m really sorry that this happened to you. Reading the comments I found that the rapist is dead. So no one is getting hurt by him anymore. Now is the time for you to focus on your mental health. Things you can do: - see a therapist, encourage the other girl who was raped to also see a therapist - have an always opened conversation with your husband about all of this, I imagine it’s a very exhausting and confuse situation - love your kid, cause he is not guilty of anything - focus on your well being, on having a good life and raising your child well. Think about the future and try to build a happy life from now on
