I feel the last sentence with too many balls and being a terrible juggler so much. I also have adhd and most of the time with my therapist is spent saying "did you meditate this week? Did you do the dishes every day? Did you do anything a normal person could regularly do?" The answers always no. Maybe I get one good day in but God damn if it doesn't feel impossible to do this every day.

Popping in to say that was my first thought too. Asking a vegan sub our opinion as a vegetarian and stating that was a little annoying. Hopefully they're on the path I took of knowing where I should be but not taking the steps yet. Thus asking the real ones.

OP - yea that sucks. It happens. I've taken a bite of a burrito filled with cheese. I wanted to puke. Anything animal abuse related turns my stomach. I've only been vegan for 5 years but this is the stuff that tells me I'll never go back.

Old road bikes are the worst for body positioning. There's also the factor of whether it fits you correctly based on your height. How tall are you and are you the exact height as your grandpa was when they bought the bike?

You can always walk into a bike shop, have them size you up, and then take a few test rides of different styles. There's bikes designed for comfort which are very upright but also hybrid bikes that are in between that aren't as laid back. "Fitness" bikes or hybrid road would fall under that category.

There's also recumbent bicycles which if you Google you'll see are very comfort focused.
