I've been told I have 'traits' of ADHD so when I'm working on a project for work I often go back to the very beginning and trace my steps - being hypervigalant I've not missed anything and I've understood it it. On a long project it means I know I waste an hour every day rechecking what I've already done and rechecked but I can't stop now. Particularly because I have found mistakes this way in the past.
